Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Branda. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account.

Branda generates brand assets — names, logos, palettes, copy, mockups — based on inputs you provide. You may use the assets you generate for personal or commercial purposes, including building a business around them, subject to the limits below.

• Use Branda to create content that is illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or abuse the AI providers behind it.
• Resell Branda itself, or wrap it as a competing service.
• Upload material you do not have the right to use.

You own the brand assets you generate through Branda. Because AI-generated material can sometimes resemble existing work, we recommend doing a basic trademark and image search before using a name or logo commercially. You are responsible for clearing rights for production use.

Some Branda actions cost credits, which are shown in the app before you confirm. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong with a generation we may refund the credits at our discretion.

We work hard to keep Branda running, but we provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that materially affect paid users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Branda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to Branda is limited to the greater of $50 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Branda and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.

If we change these terms in a material way we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Branda after the change means you accept the new terms.
